PRADEEP BEHERA

Founder and Managing Director

Pradeep is an IIT Bombay (Mumbai) Post Graduate. He is a Scientist with a Techno- Commercial approach; primarily with domain expertise in healthcare as well as applied sciences sectors. After IIT, he has worked in industry for about 12 years before founding THETABETA.

Pradeep is two times GOLD Medalists during academics. He topped GATE, East Zone and was within top 20% of the CSIR NET qualified list. During professional career; he has received accolades for his performances.

Through the initial phases of THETABETA; Pradeep carried out consultancy activities and supported people and companies. THETABETA’s facility got ready during year 2019. Pradeep holds the “Founder and MD” position in this company and promote himself as “Principal Liaison” for the scientific works on the offerings.

Pradeep loves to work in a scientific ecosystem where he identifies products to be developed through market intelligence, gap identification through continuous engagement with physicians, regulators, academicians and industry professionals. His areas of focus are in integrated medicines, scientifically developed herb-based products and applied sciences; aimed at target markets.

Anirudh Fegde is a distinguished professional in the pharmaceutical industry, holding an M.Pharm. degree from the esteemed KM Kundnai College, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. Following a decade of impactful contributions in the industry, he furthered his expertise with an MBA in Marketing. Anirudh’s academic prowess is evidenced by his impressive 94 percentile achievement in the GATE exam for M.Pharm.

Before joining THETABETA, Anirudh led the pharmaceutical excipient business for a prominent company, overseeing the import of high-quality excipients from Europe and Japan. His role demanded extensive travel across India and abroad, forging critical relationships with key figures in the pharmaceutical industry, and securing top-tier vendors from Japan and Europe.

At THETABETA, Anirudh’s leadership has been pivotal throughout and especially during his tenure as CEO, where he steered the company towards significant milestones. Currently, as a director, he brings his visionary approach to business development, strategic formulation product development and implementation along with future marketing strategies and portfolio selection

Co-Founder and Director

Datta holds a degree in Masters in Chemistry. He has over 22 years of professional experience. He has been instrumental in executing his roles in major Indian multinational companies like USV and Glenmark Pharma.

Datta’s skillset in leading a team and executing projects is unparalleled. Among various expertise, his core areas include planning, team structuring, and infrastructure management aimed at definitive purposes.

At THETABETA, Datta takes care of the operation of the technical solution business model. Under his guidance, the whole technical and administrative team executes their role and responsibilities. Starting from business development till completion of projects goes under his macro and micro management as per requirement. He constantly monitors all operations, identifies inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiencies.

One of his major contributions of Datta to THETABETA is towards monitoring cashflow of the organization where his diverse and time-tested experience allows the organization to handle tough patches.

Product Design, Execution Strategy Expert and Coach

Sujit is an accomplished formulation scientist with a Master in Pharmacy, with over 18 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Sujit has collaborated with several leading Indian Pharma majors, including Sun, Glenmark, Dr. Reddy’s, and Encube Ethicals. His career has been marked by significant contributions to the development of both generic and differentiated pharmaceutical products, with a particular focus on topical and parenteral formulations.

Sujit is driven by a deep passion for scientific research and development. He thrives in environments where he can address unmet medical needs and work towards minimizing the side effects of pharmaceutical products. His approaches have been both methodical and innovative; always aiming to enhance the efficacy and safety of the products he develops. Over the years, Sujit’s dedication to research and innovation has led to the filing of numerous patents. His work has been recognized on a global scale, with four US patents granted, underscoring his significant contributions to the field of pharmaceutical sciences. At THETABETA, Sujit has been an integral part of the decision-making team.
